QUESTIONS

A L L E V E N T S + B O O K I N G S :

  • We only hold a date for 48hrs.

  • A deposit and booking online confirms your date

  • 50% is due at the time of booking, 75% no less than two weeks prior to your event. 100% is due 7 days prior.

  • • All prices listed do not include travel (10-20%), taxes (7%), and fees (varies where applicable).

O U T D O O R + P U B L I C S E T U P S :

  • Our setups cannot be abandoned. A member of the party MUST remain with the setup until taken down. The customer agrees to pay for the complete replacement and/or repair costs for any and all items that are lost, stolen, or damaged when in use. Fees will be assessed accordingly.

  • We will NOT risk the damage of any of our materials of property on wet or damp surfaces following a rain shower. nor will we setup with current or high chances (above 40%) of precipitation during your event time.

  • Upon booking your outdoor event, you must have a Plan B backup location in the event of inclement weather readily available and stated.

F O O D + B E V :

  • When it comes to grazing board/ boxes and charcuterie boards and desserts, can accommodate all dietary restrictions, including, dairy-free, gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, and more.

  • For your picnics, we can help you coordinate any additional food + bev pickup (within reason) and delivery, and ensure it is setup prior to your guests’ arrival; for all additional food handling, a food handling fee of $50 will be added to your final budget.

  • All outside food and beverage must be taken and/ or disposed of upon your departure.

How Far in Advance Should I Book?

  • Since our picnics are so intricate, we do appreciate, at least, a two week’s notice. We do travel across state lines, and all open dates are contingent upon the availability for our pampas mamas to make it happen for you!

DAY OF INFO; LOCATION SERVICING:

How Will You Find Us?

  • On the day of, we will text you an exact pin (as needed) of the location and panoramic photos of the area 30 minutes prior to the event. Meet us there and we will greet you upon arrival at the reservation start time.

  • Your picnic time begins at the start of your booking. You may add additional time to your picnic for $60/ hr.

  • A member of the party MUST arrive within 15 minutes of the reservation window start time. If a member does not arrive within 45 minutes of the picnic start time, it will be treated as a no-show and will be canceled on a strict NO REFUNDS / NO EXCHANGES policy basis.

    Early Departure from Our Picnics:

  • Unlike any picnic company prior, we build in four hours to each of our picnic bookings.

  • If you would like to leave earlier than the arranged picnic time, please text or call us at least 30 minutes prior. You are responsible for all items until we are able to return to the location.

  • All outside food and beverage must be taken and/ or disposed of upon your departure.

    Overall Cancellation Policy:

  • If you need to reschedule your picnic due to unforeseen circumstances, we can apply your funds to another date within the calendar year.

  • For any reason outside of a sudden weather change that you must reschedule for a new date within 72 hours of your original reservation, otherwise, a penalty fee of 20% must be paid.

  • If you must cancel entirely, without plans to reschedule, prior to 72 hours, 50% of your deposit will be returned. However, there will be no refund for any custom material ordered.
